Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are unable to accept returns for fresh-cut flower orders.

For arrangements that are damaged or defective, we can offer either a replacement arrangement or a refund in the form of store credit, please reach out with photos immediately after noticing any issues. We will not be able to guarantee a replacement if contacted any later than 4 days for fresh cut flowers, and 10 days for orchid arrangements. 

Please be advised that the natural lifespan of fresh cut flowers generally ranges from 4–7 days. For this reason, if your arrangement begins to deteriorate too quickly, you should take a photograph immediately and email it to info@fleursdusoleil.com. This is so that we can be notified, and notify our vendors as soon as possible and address your concerns on our next business day.
